I have attached the completed form. Obviously it does not have a signature on. Will this therefore suffice? Further to completing the form I would like to add that we were exceptionally pleased with the work carried out, there were no breakages or damages to our furniture and we found unpacking really easy as the boxes had been well labelled. Everything was as it should be.
